RULES & REGULATIONS

A & B Championship after Round Robin
SENIOR ( 16 & OVER) NOVEMBER 7, 8, 9
DIVISION
January 1, 2008. The players age on this date determines their eligiblity. Birth Certificates
ELIGIBILITY
Geographic Area = Players living outside of a 50 Mile Radius must be approved to be eligible
: are required over 16 yrs Photo ID also. No recruitment of players beyond geographic area
TEAMS
: Each team must have a minimum 11 & maximum 18 registered players
PLAY:
Each team will play a minimum of 3 regulation games
PLAYING
Play will be governed by the IDTA Rulebook and Guidelines. All forms are available to download
RULES:
1) All forward and defensemen must use a plastic bladed or ABS stylestick per IDTA / ASHI rules
No WOODEN BLADES. 1 a) Goaltenders may use wooden stick per IDTA / ASHI rules
2) BODYCHECKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED as per IDTA / ASHI
3) FIGHTING is absolutely forbidden at any time during or in between games.
Consequence is a major penalty plus a game misconduct and 1 game suspension
on the 1st offense. 2nd offense same as above plus suspension from
the remainder of the tournament. Repeat offenders will be barred from future events.

PRIZES
Each Player on the Championship & Runner Up Teams will receive an Award
UNIFORMS &
a) MATCHING SHIRTS properly numbered
PROTECTIVE
b) APPROVED STREET HOCKEY shin pads matching in color
GEAR:
c) Elbow Pads any type.
d) Padded Gloves of any kind must be worn. NO BARE HANDS
e) Protective Cups are optional, highly recommended, must be worn inside the clothing
f) SNEAKERS must be worn by all players except the goaltender
goalie pads, chest protector and protective cup. All other equipment is optional but must
conform with the IDTA rules
h) Penguins, Beavers, & Cadets, HELMETS & FULL FACEGUARDS ARE MANDATORY
Freshmen HELMETS are MANDATORY. Seniors Helmets optional, highly recommended
PLAYERS NOT HAVING ALL THE PROPER EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY
